Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Express shipping, where available, generally arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. STACKEDUP is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Items marked as Pre-Order are not in stock and will ship on the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is available unless otherwise stated.
